Job Summary
Responsibility for providing ongoing onsite technical training/application for imaging facilities. Ensures clinical competency and training is maintained throughout the modality, focusing on delivering a positive customer experience.
Essential Functions

Assists with standardization and best practice integration ensuring optimization of schedules to ensure maximization of technology usage and patient access. Provides insights on opportunities for improvement across system.

Evaluates, selects, and prioritizes modality content development in alignment with imaging protocols and guidelines.

Responsible for evaluating educational needs of staff by developing training plans, workflow, access issues and improved image quality program. Delivers onsite and virtual education as it relates to imaging systems, software features, functionalities and workflow

Consults with other trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure training sessions and business needs are met. Maintains customer relationships with staff, physicians, managers, leadership and others within the System. Assists in development of employee training programs to maintain a database of updated equipment competencies and training materials.

Participates in staff meetings, seminars, and other training sessions to obtain useful information for potential use in future programs.

40 hrs. / month direct patient care.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
- This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Requirements

Education - Certification Program.

Experience - Two (2) years in related field

Registered or licensed in specified Clinical Modality

SCRQSA certification (if required for specific modality and only required for team members working in South Carolina)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
