Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will help produce quality products in a safe, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, following processes, and being part of a team that takes pride in its work.
Responsibilities

Operate basic manufacturing and production equipment

Assemble, package, and inspect products

Follow work instructions and quality standards

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Perform basic material handling and stocking duties

Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Report safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisors

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Experience in production or manufacturing environments.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pawtucket, RI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
