Your Impact You will spearhead our semiconductor quality and manufacturing strategy, providing leadership to global teams while driving excellence across our substrate and OSAT operations. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging advanced statistical analysis and quality methodologies to resolve complex yield and reliability challenges. By managing critical supplier relationships, you will mitigate supply chain risks and enforce rigorous performance standards to ensure seamless product delivery. You will influence cross-functional decision-making, mentoring engineering talent to foster a culture of accountability and technical innovation. Ultimately, your leadership will directly impact the reliability of Cisco’s product portfolio and our long-term operational success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, or related field) from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor substrate, OSAT, testing process, quality engineering, and supply chain management.
  • Proven people management and team leadership experience, including leading cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong background in quality systems and quality methodologies, including SPC, OCAP, FMEA, and APQP.
  • Extensive experience in supplier quality management, supply chain risk assessment, and driving supplier performance improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor substrate, OSAT processes, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership in working cross-functionally with Manufacturing Operations, Assembly Process, Bumping Process, Product Engineering, and Supplier Engineering teams.
  • Strong statistical analysis capability with experience handling large data sets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring and developing engineering teams.
