Join ImpactLife as a Collection Specialist – CDL Driver and we’ll train you to become a professional phlebotomist while you help support lifesaving blood donations across our region.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Donor Services Phlebotomy team, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service while registering and screening donors

  • Learn and perform phlebotomy (paid training provided)

  • Deliver excellent donor care throughout the donation process

  • Safely drive and operate blood collection vehicles (box trucks, truck + trailer combos, and buses)

  • Transport equipment and team members to and from blood drive sites

  • Set up and tear down mobile collection events

  • Restock and organize supplies

Schedule

This is a full‑time, 30–39 hours/week position with a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have strong customer service skills and enjoy interacting with the public

  • Bring a solid, reliable work history

  • Can follow standard operating procedures

  • Are flexible with schedules and can travel for up to two weeks for initial training

  • Are comfortable driving larger vehicles in all types of weather

  • Hold a valid CDL B (or higher) with airbrake endorsement and meet our insurability requirements

  • Have (or can obtain) a DOT Medical Certification

  • Can pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report

No phlebotomy experience needed—we will train you!
