We are always seeking top talent in Retail Banking Operations.
The ideal candidate should have three or more years of experience in banking operations with strong experience in delivering outstanding customer service and relationship skills. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to accomplish as variety of tasks.
Compensation includes a base salary commensurate with experience, excellent benefits including 401K, healthcare and a host of others. The bank is expanding not only in New Jersey but in Philadelphia and is one of the fastest growing institutions in New Jersey. It is noted as one of the top 50 fastest growing companies in NJ.
