This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, non-repudiation). 2. Knowledge of cloud computing service models Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (laaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS). 3. Knowledge of cloud computing deployment models in private, public and hybrid environment and the difference between on-premises and off-premises environments. 4. Knowledge of how system components are installed, integrated, and optimized. 5. Knowledge of network access, identity, and access management (e.g., public key infrastructure [PKI]) 6. Conduct risk analysis, feasibility study, and/or trade-off analysis to develop, document and refine functional requirements and specification. You will manage or assist in managing complex projects to support the implementation and acquisition of a variety of IT systems, products and/or services for the Marine Corps/DON/DoD. You will consult with customers to identify and specify requirements as well as defining system scope and objectives. You will perform needs analyses to define opportunities for new or improved business process solutions. You will serve as an expert under the oversight of the lead IT specialist or engineer, assisting and ensuring IT requirements are met. You will provide support and environments for all levels of testing, including acceptance, beta, unit, and quality assurance. You will formulate, recommend, and implement configuration policies and procedures related to your project(s). Security clearance required: Secret
