About the Role: Responsible for full lifecycle of construction sites from mobilization to demobilization, ensuring HSE, quality, schedule, budget compliance; lead multidisciplinary site team and interface with PM and Commissioning Manager. Tasks: 22 Implement HSE plan; 22 Apply Project Quality Plan; 22 Organize daily activities/resources; 22 Maintain schedule; 22 Manage contractor handovers; 22 Approve/manage NCs; 22 Close punch lists; 22 Documentation compliance. Technical Requirements: Eng. degree; 5+ years as Site Supervisor/Construction Lead; HSE/QA-QC/permit/commissioning familiarity; English/Italian; 90% travel.
