Accura HealthCare of Milford has an opportunity to welcome Aides in Training to participate in our CNA Scholarship Program! If you're interested in beginning a healthcare career, we would love to discuss this opportunity with you!
CNA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM:
Accura HealthCare supports and encourages growth and development. With the increased need within the healthcare industry, Accura gladly welcomes the opportunity to help you achieve your career pursuit! Part of our efforts includes offering individuals interested in joining the healthcare industry the opportunity to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). This also serves to your benefit, allowing you the opportunity to acclimate to our environment and begin forming positive relationships with residents, coworkers, and the leadership team.

Accura HealthCare will pay for you to obtain your CNA certification! If you are personable, professional, and compassionate, with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others, then we welcome the opportunity to explore if this could be a good fit for us both.
Accura HealthCare employs CNAs across the following shifts in both full-time and part-time capacities:

Days: 6A-2P
-
PMs: 2P-10P
-
Overnights: 10P-6A
-
12-hour shifts may also be available
Based on need, and evaluated on a case-by-case scenario, Accura HealthCare reserves the right to determine whether it is best to enroll someone directly into the CNA course, prior to joining our team, or request that someone join our team in a non-certified capacity for a predetermined allotted time, prior to investing in paying for someone’s CNA course and testing.
REQUIREMENTS OF CONSIDERATION INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.

Ability to work full-time and/or part-time.

Your willingness and ability to work within the desired shifts where we have current needs.

Clear and effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

Proven success in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
