Responsibilities

Perform Physical Therapy evaluation and development of the plan of care appropriate for each patient based on the patient’s physical, mental, emotional, and developmental impairments and functional limitations

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with best practices in physical therapy
-
Provide Physical Therapy interventions in accordance with established standards of care, policies, procedures, and state/federal law
-
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistant and Rehab Aides
-
Complete appropriate documentation for Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant students as assigned by CCCE
-
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Participate in patient care conferences/ staffing as appropriate for multidisciplinary patients
Qualifications
Education :
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program prior to 2005
-
Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program between 2005-2019
-
Clinical Doctorate from an accredited Physical Therapy program 2020-Present
License(s)/Certifi c ation(s):
-
Current IA and IL Physical Therapy licensure (or eligible) upon hire
-
Current CPR certification.
