You will be responsible for the following:
Business & Strategic Planning
-
Support the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the Group’s rolling medium-term financial forecast in coordination with key stakeholders.

Assist in preparing management presentations, briefing materials, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Act as a liaison of the CFO Office for financial and governance matters requiring review by the Board, Excom, Audit Committee, and RPT Committee.
Business Unit & Portfolio Oversight

Monitor the financial health, capital requirements, and strategic alignment of portfolio companies and directly held entities.

Review Board materials, strategic initiatives, and key financial developments across portfolio companies.

Oversee significant financial and corporate actions, including capital infusions, restructures, dividends, and intercompany arrangements.

Ensure that major financial decisions across entities remain aligned with Group governance standards and capital allocation priorities.
M&A, Investments & Capital Allocation

Develop and maintain financial models to support valuations, investment assessments, and strategic decision-making.

Evaluate transaction structures and support execution of investment, divestment, and strategic partnership activities.

Support M&A processes, including financial due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.

Monitor portfolio companies post-transaction, including financial performance, operational metrics, and realization of strategic objectives and synergies.
Other Strategic Support
- Prepare ad hoc analyses, presentations, and reports in support of business, investment, and governance requirements.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investor relations, M&A, valuation, financial planning, or transaction advisory (experience in Big 4 or investment banking a strong advantage).
- Solid understanding of capital structure, funding instruments, and financial metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
- CFA, MBA, or CPA candidate is preferred
