What You'll Do as a Shift Leader

Lead a highly skilled team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

Teach and practice brand standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.

Lead by example with strong time-management skills.

Assess team-member performance and foster a positive team culture.

Spend the majority of time on the restaurant floor, engaging with guests.

What We’re Looking For

Willingness to jump in and assist co-workers.
Physical Requirements

Availability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift.

Willingness to bend, stoop, and occasionally use a ladder.
