RESIDENTIAL COUNSELORS

positions available in the communities of Bedford, Belmont, Waltham and Woburn

weekly guaranteed hours with set schedules FT and PT

BENEFITS starting at 30 hours

$20.20 per hour

Full-Time and Part-Time Residential Counselors available at The Edinburg Center! You will work with people who have psychiatric disabilities in their home and community. Be part of one of our group living environment teams and watch both residents and staff grow!

Who You Are:

A smart, hard-working person with an interest in serving people with mental health challenges in the community. Ideally, you will have experience in community-based psychiatric rehabilitation, but we are willing to train and support the right person. The services you deliver will be individualized to each person’s strengths and needs.

You will be committed to delivering trauma informed services which are evidence-based. You are currently skilled in the use of Microsoft Word or are willing to become so within three months of hire. Valid driver’s license required and reliable transportation required. First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification must be obtained within three months of hire required.

At work, we are psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board certified behavior analysts, direct service staff and employment specialists.
