What You'll Do
-
Complete resident service requests with quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Perform preventative maintenance to keep the community operating safely and efficiently.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues.

Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects to prepare homes for new residents.

Maintain the property's curb appeal and ensure common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Participate in the rotating on-call schedule to support residents when needed.
What We're Looking For

1+ years of apartment, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred.

EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
