Full job description

Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Ambulance Paramedic for their Laramie, WY location. Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct patient care within the scope of license or under the supervision of a physician and within pre-established rules, regulations, and protocols.

  • Administers emergency medications in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State of Wyoming Scope of Practice for Paramedics.

  • Accurately performs complete population specific patient assessments, establishes care priorities, and renders appropriate care.

  • Accurately documents assessments and treatments of patients using the WATRS reporting system in accordance with Wyoming State statutes.

  • Assured that ambulances and stations are maintained, clean stocked and ready for service always.

  • When requested, assist with medical treatment of patients in other departments of client under the direction of the provider and RN within their scope of practice as defined by the State of Wyoming.

  • Prioritize tasks and manage time, personnel, and resources to meet department goals and standards.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • One Year Paramedic Exp Required

General Certifications:

  • ACLS

  • BLS/BCLS

  • PALS

  • NRP

  • ATT
