How You Will Add Value

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. This role will assist in managing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, experience in a public company environment, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

What You Will Do

Managing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls (SOX), and company policies.

Support the preparation of external financial reports (10-Q, 10-K schedule )in coordination with SEC reporting team.

Assist with audit requests and serve as a key contact for external auditors.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Tax, Legal, etc.) to support business initiatives.

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Participate in special projects, such as system implementations or process improvements.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Big 4 (or equivalent top-tier) public accounting firms' experience is required (Audit preferred)

Knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, Inventory management and other key accounting standards.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

CPA certification is preferred.

Experience in a U.S. public company highly preferred.

Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting.

Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

Experience working in a multinational or complex corporate structure is preferred

Detail-oriented, organized, responsive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

United States Base Compensation: $110,000.00 - $137,000.00
