What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing daily quarry operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

Managing and coordinating the production team to meet production targets.

Implementing and maintaining quality control standards.

Monitoring equipment and scheduling maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Night Shift Hours 7PM-5AM.

Essential Experience and Skills

Minimum of 5 years in aggregate production or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry.

Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.

Work is performed in a quarry setting with exposure to varying weather conditions.
