Our client, a community-focused organization dedicated to promoting aquatic activities and wellness in Marinette, Wisconsin, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Director to lead their team. As an Executive Director, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations, overseeing aquatic programming, supervising staff, engaging with the community, and ensuring the safety of the facility. This role is perfect for a passionate leader who loves water activities, values community wellness, and aims to make a positive impact in the Marinette/Menominee area.

Pay Range: $33000 - $35000
Shift: Flexible Hours
What's the Job?

Lead daily operations of the community pool, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

Develop and oversee aquatic programming that promotes health, fitness, and community engagement

Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
