Job Description
Lead and manage the Quality Control team.
Ensure all engineering and design deliverables comply with client standards, company procedures, and NESC requirements.
Serve as the office's primary technical resource and subject matter expert.
Develop and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes.
Provide guidance on complex engineering and design challenges.
Lead engineering training programs and technical development initiatives.
Mentor engineers, designers, and supervisors.
Drive continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of electric utility engineering/design experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure with a scheduled exam date.
Strong understanding of NESC requirements and utility client standards.
Experience mentoring technical staff and leading quality initiatives.
Recognized technical leader with a passion for training and development.
