What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients warmly and create an outstanding first impression.

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments while optimizing the daily schedule.

  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing and patient payments.

  • Support treatment coordination and patient communication.

  • Assist with recall and reactivation efforts to maintain a productive schedule.

  • Maintain accurate patient records (Denticon experience is helpful but not required).

  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience. We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced dental environment.

  • Professional with strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Knowledgeable in dental insurance and scheduling processes.

  • Experienced in a dental front office role (preferred), or brings exceptional hospitality or customer service experience. Compensation & Benefits Compensation
