Schedule & Flexibility

Casual (PRN) role with daylight hours

Minimum commitment of one weekend per month

Rotating holiday coverage

Role Overview
As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan, developing individualized care plans that support recovery and functional independence. You'll work collaboratively with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

Perform initial evaluations, reassessments, and treatment interventions

Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs and progress

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to communicate patient status
-
Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to optimize care delivery
-
Provide patient and family education, including home exercise programs
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharges
-
Complete charging and productivity documentation in alignment with department standards
-
Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities
-
Support department needs through occasional rotation across treatment areas
Professional Development

Maintain current licensure through continuing education and professional growth

Education & Knowledge

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
