Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports

  • Perform account reconciliations and analyses, prepares journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles

  • Analyze and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial position

  • Involvement in the monthly/quarterly 'close' process

  • Prepare documentation in support of external and internal audits

  • Review the work of others

  • Develop innovative approaches for continued improvement in efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree Business or Accounting

  • 5+ years of Accounting experience

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Public accounting experience

  • Healthcare experience

  • Accounting experience handling regulated entities

  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase, PeopleSoft Financials, and Microsoft Access

  • Proven to anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
