Preferred (not required): MS Office, Microsoft Word, PPT, and Basic Data Analysis.

Job Description
[Albemarle Xinyu Site] is hiring for a [MI Specialist]. This position is [located in Xinyu Jiangxi].
What You Will Do
一、机械完整性与EHS管理（MI & EHS）
负责执行动设备、静设备及管道等机械完整性涵盖设备设施的机械完整性检查（MI检查）。
负责机械完整性所涵盖设备台账的维护。
确保检查活动符合公司EHS及工艺安全管理（PSM）要求。
识别设备潜在失效风险，及时上报隐患并推动整改。
相关审核/安全检查中的MI相关问题的整改。
二、检验计划与执行（Inspection Planning & Execution）
根据MI策略和检验计划（ITP），执行定期检查、状态监测与记录。
编制或优化设备检查表（checklist），确保标准化执行。
跟踪关键设备（如压力容器、储罐、管道）状态及风险变化。
参与大修、停车检修期间的设备检验工作。
三、数据管理与工单支持（Data & Work Order）
在SAP PM系统中录入、更新设备检查记录及缺陷信息。
支持工单（PM/Corrective）创建、跟踪及关闭。
核对检查数据及历史记录，确保数据完整性与追溯性。
四、缺陷管理与可靠性支持（Defect & Reliability）
对发现的腐蚀、裂纹、泄漏等缺陷进行评估并提出处理建议。
协助可靠性工程师进行RBI、失效分析等工作。
支持设备寿命评估、检验周期优化及完整性策略优化。
五、持续改进（Continuous Improvement）
对重复性缺陷或检验异常进行分析，推动根因分析（RCA）。
支持制定/优化SOP、MI标准及检验流程。
推动设备完整性管理水平与装置可靠性持续提升。
六、其他
完成上级安排的其他任务。
What You Bring
Required:
-
大专及以上学历，或相当于同样水准的学历教育，化工机械或机电类专业。
-
3年以上石油化工、精细化工、能源或新材料行业设备管理/检验经验
-
有MI、RBI、设备检验经验优先
-
熟悉压力设备或特种设备管理者优先
-
熟悉动设备、静设备及管道的基本结构、失效模式及检验方法
-
了解腐蚀机理、无损检测（NDT）基本原理
-
熟悉机械完整性（MI）或工艺安全管理（PSM）体系
-
熟悉GB、TSG及ASME、ASTM和API相关规范
Preferred:
-
持有相关无损检测证书（UT/RT/PT/MT）优先

特种设备相关证书优先

熟练使用MS office办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT）等

能够进行基础数据分析与报告编写

具备一定英文阅读能力（技术文件）优先
