Overview
We're hiring a Production Supervisor for our CNC machining plant in Tulsa, OK.
We build custom equipment for the construction and utilities industries in a climate-controlled, high-mix, low-volume shop. The work is advanced, large-format CNC machining, from milling to turning, with new programs, complex setups, and tight timelines moving across the floor every week.
This role carries two jobs: the technical side: keeping parts moving, driving down cycle times, and clearing bottlenecks before they stall a delivery timeline. The people side: training, coaching, and developing machinists into a stronger crew.
Strong CNC experience matters here, you can't coach a setup you can't read — and so does real leadership.

-
Run the Shift: Own staffing, scheduling, and throughput for 2nd shift.

- Bottlenecks: Find and clear constraints before they put timelines at risk.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead process improvements that stick, station by station.
- Training: Develop machinists' skills and cross-train them across the floor.
- Coaching: Guide machinists on performance, attendance, safety, and company policies.
- Hiring: Interview candidates and weigh in on personnel decisions.
