What You'll Be Doing
-
Safely deliver ready mix concrete to customer locations while maintaining on-time performance.

Conduct vehicle inspections and complete required safety and operational documentation.

Operate ready mix equipment to ensure accurate placement and quality of delivered products.

Build positive customer relationships through professional service and communication.

Follow all safety standards, transportation regulations, and company procedures.
What Are We Looking For

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.

Commitment to safe work practices, accountability, and dependable performance.

Ability to manage multiple delivery priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and customer service skills with a collaborative mindset.

Capability to perform physical job tasks and work effectively in outdoor conditions.
Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
