Welder And Fabricator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fitter/Welder with MIG and Flux-Core welding experience in structural steel fabrication. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, fit and weld structural components, and maintain high quality standards in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.

• Perform MIG and Flux-Core welding on structural steel components.

• Fit, assemble, and weld parts to specifications.

• Maintain production, quality, and safety standards.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with MIG and Flux-Core welding.

• Structural steel fitting and welding experience.

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2G FCAW WABO/AWS certification or ability to obtain.

• Experience welding with .045 or 1/16" wire.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Airway Heights, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
