Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift
Description: Hospice CNA for Nursing Home residents in the Capital Region.
The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a FT CNA to work as part of our Hospice Team caring for patients and families in local Nursing Homes. As a CNA you will provide assistance with ADLs, provide for comfort needs, as well as offer added support to residents and families.
Workdays are Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm. NO WEEKENDS!
Requirements: NYS CNA Licensure and 1-2 years long term care experience preferred Previous hospice experience preferred but NOT required.
Community Hospice provides thorough orientation with training in end-of-life care, assigned preceptors, and a supportive work environment.

Pay Range:$17.55 - $22.93
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
