Aboutthe Role:

The ProjectCoordinator will be a key member in our Nicon project managment team bysupporting the Client and Project Managers with project administrative duties.This position does not require industry experience but does require a strongwork ethic and organizational skills.

This is an onsite role in Pryor, OK.

What You’llDo:

  • Assist Client and Project Managerswith day-to-day project administrative functions.

  • Maintain and monitor project plans,project schedules, timecards, work hours, budgets, and expenditures

  • Organizing, attending, andparticipating in stakeholder meetings

  • Document and follow up on importantactions and decision from meetings

  • Prepare necessary presentationmaterials for meetings

  • Ensure project deadlines are met

  • Provide administrative support asneeded

  • Developing project strategies withthe Client and Project Managers

  • Ensure projects adhere torequirements and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project

  • Assess project risks and issues andprovide solutions where applicable

  • Chair and facilitate meetings whereappropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members

  • Perform project accounting functionsincluding managing the budget, tracking team expenses and minimizing exposureand risk to the project.

  • Order, track, sort, inventory, andreceive materials

  • Track labor production to ensuremilestones are met

  • Collaborates with the entireorganization

  • Primary liaison between Project Manager andLead Technicians

  • Submit access requests for employees andcontractors

  • Manage all Project Folders

  • Activites as assigned.

What you must have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.

  • 2 years of experience on constructionprojects.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to plan and organize a team effort.

  • Good client management and building goodwill.

  • Capacity to motivate, lead and boost morale ofteams.

  • Effective time management and logicaldecision-making ability.

  • Strong focus on quality and safety.
