Company Overview:
Midway Farm Equipment is a family operated agricultural machinery and parts dealership. We specialize in selling and servicing farm equipment from leading brands such as Massey Ferguson, Gleaner, Precision Planting, Versatile and many other leading short line brands. Midway Farm Equipment was founded in 1932 and maintains its single store roots while servicing all of the upper Midwest 5 state region.
Job Duties:

Follow instructions for the pickup, transportation (hauling and towing) of farm equipment safely to and from the dealership, farms, and other locations.

Hauling loads up to 16’ wide and towing loads up to 20’ wide and up to 120’ long

Complete any disassembly necessary for delivery.

Maintain accurate logs of deliveries including fuel usage and mileage.

Assist with loading and unloading equipment, ensuring it is secured properly.

Keep company trucks and equipment in excellent condition by performing ongoing maintenance and/or other minor repairs.

Interact with customers during deliveries and pickups, providing excellent customer service.

Perform mechanical work in the shop as needed.

Work with sales and service departments to stage equipment for display or repair.
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience Required
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL license with Medical Examiners Certificate and safe driving record.
Proficiency in operating large trucks, trailers and oversized loads, as well as forklifts to move materials.
Familiarity with equipment including attaching and detaching implements.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in diesel mechanics or automotive repair is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy 75 pounds as required without assistance.
Ability to work extended hours as needed.
Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Mechanic tool set appropriate for required work
