Requirements

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program

Current Physical Therapist (PT) state license within the state of practice

Current CPR certification

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills
Salary Description $65.00 - $150.00 per visit rates
