We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time school-based opportunity in El Mirage, Arizona . Position Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for students

Develop individualized treatment plans and goals

Provide direct occupational therapy services

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams

Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress

Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
Qualifications
Required
? Current Arizona Occupational Therapist License
? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
? Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred
? One year of Occupational Therapy experience
? Previous school-based experience
? Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary educational teams

Minimum Requirements:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice

One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
