What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction

Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records

Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points

Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Assist with training new team members

Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures

End every transaction with a positive message: "You changed a life today-thank you!"
What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Basic math skills and comfort handling cash

Prior retail experience preferred, but not required

Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories

Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills a plus
