? Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Lodi, CA ?
Ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of students? ?? We're looking for a dedicated BCBA to join a supportive school district in Lodi, California , where you'll help students thrive through positive behavior support, collaboration, and evidence-based interventions.
?? Location: Lodi, CA
?? Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (School-Based)
?? Start Date: August 31, 2026
? Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
?? Contract Length: 40 Weeks
?? Pay: Up to $60/hour
?? Openings: 1
What You'll Do:
? Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
? Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
? Provide consultation and training to educators and support staff
? Monitor student progress and analyze behavioral data
? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
? Help create positive, inclusive learning environments
Qualifications:
?? Current BCBA certification through the BACB
?? Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
?? School-based ABA experience preferred
?? Pediatric experience preferred
?? Passion for helping students reach their full potential

Minimum Requirements:
-
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
-
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
-
Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
-
One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
-
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
