Own the day‑to‑day execution, optimisation, and growth of performance channels across Amazon, Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO, and Lifecycle Email for our beauty brands. The mission: scale profitable revenue through disciplined budget pacing, actionable insights, and nonstop test‑and‑learn cycles.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership of end-to-end campaign management on all selling channels like Amazon, Tiktok, .com by setting up ads on Amazon, tiktok, Meta, Pinterest, ensuring target ROAS is met or exceeded.

  • Channel Execution & Optimisation – Build, launch, and refine campaigns in Search, Advantage+, Sponsored Products/Brands/Display, Spark Ads, plus keyword‑driven SEO initiatives; keep daily ROAS on target.

  • Analysis & Campaign Optimisation – Mine CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, LTV, and organic‑traffic data to surface opportunities; adjust bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and on‑page SEO to hit or beat KPIs.

  • Analyze and provide written insights on performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities for improving CTR, CVR, and LTV.

  • Execute and refine all direct to consumer communication marketing strategies, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automated flows to boost retention and LTV.

  • Testing Framework – Design experiments across bids, audiences, creatives, placements, landing pages, and email variants; aim for ≥25 % winning tests per month and archive learnings in a central playbook.

  • Cross‑Team Collaboration – Foster strong collaboration with Creative, Supply Chain, and Marketplace Operations teams to align on marketing initiatives.

  • Proactively track policy changes, surface betas, and propose new‑channel expansions; produce a quarterly “What’s Next” roadmap.

  • Develop a quarterly strategic roadmap, outlining innovative approaches and future growth opportunities in performance marketing. II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years managing ≥ US$5k/month with Amazon Ads and at least one of three of Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, plus hands‑on SEO or email/CRM ownership.

  • Proven ability to scale e‑commerce revenue in the U.S. or other international markets

  • Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (incl. PMax & Shopping), Amazon Advertising Console, TikTok Ads Manager, and a leading ESP (Klaviyo/Braze/Mailchimp)

  • Strong analytical toolkit: pivot tables (Excel, Spreadsheet), attribution logic, GA4 funnels

  • Fluent English Core Soft‑Skill & Character Requirements

  • Integrity & honesty – always tell the full picture, even when results are below target.

  • Direct communicator – clear, straightforward feedback with stakeholders and team members.

  • Meticulous attention to detail – double‑checks budgets, naming conventions, and tracking before launch.

  • Project‑management experience – plans, prioritises, and drives multi‑channel tasks to deadline without hand‑holding.

  • Fast learner & technically savvy – quick to master new ad‑tech, platform, and automation tools.

  • Accountability mindset – owns mistakes, proposes concrete solutions, and never plays the blame game.

  • Proactive, not reactive – spots issues before dashboards do and pushes improvements without waiting for instructions. III. RECRUITMENT PROCESS: (3 rounds)
