A successful Quality Control Field Supervisor shall be responsible for oversight of one or more Q/C Inspectors; responsible for ensuring walkouts are completed safely, timely, and accurately. Ensure outside plant construction meets customer standards for both equipment use and established quality standards. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications construction; familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and various other telecommunications construction equipment, and the functionality of each; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.

Location: Nashville, TN.

What you’ll need

  • Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.

  • Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.

  • Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
