Job Description
This Technical Inspector is responsible for ensuring all maintenance and repair work meets quality and airworthiness standards before aircraft components are returned to service. Day to day, they inspect completed work, review documentation, verify incoming parts and materials, and ensure proper identification and tracking of all components. They perform quality inspections throughout the shop to confirm compliance with company and regulatory requirements. This role also supports Ace Aeronautics' Quality Management System and works closely with the Chief Inspector to maintain accurate records and quality processes.

6 years experience in Aviation Maintenance

UH-60/S-70 Experience

Ability to read blueprints

Ability to quickly locate a part on an assembly drawing

Experience with the inspection of airframe structural repairs and modifications

Ability to use hand tools for inspection, i.e. height gages, calipers, micrometers, etc.

Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, with advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Effective time management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgment and
discretion
