Job Duties
Enviro-Dyne Industrial Services is hiring full-time Service Technicians to perform industrial cleaning at customer facilities across the Midwest region — ethanol plants, dairy farms, food processing plants, and power generation sites. Paid training provided; no industry experience required.
Primary duties:
Operate high-pressure water blasting (hydroblasting) equipment to clean industrial process equipment, tanks, piping, and heat exchangers
Operate industrial vacuum equipment to remove liquids, sludges, and dry materials
Perform hydro excavation work
Perform tank cleaning and dairy carbon bed cleaning
Set up, inspect, and maintain hoses, pumps, nozzles, and related equipment before and after each job
Follow job-specific safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and PPE requirements
Complete daily job documentation, time records, and equipment inspection reports
Load and unload equipment; assist with job site setup and cleanup
Operate and drive company vehicles and equipment
Travel to customer job sites; occasional overnight travel and after-hours or weekend work during scheduled plant outages
Physical requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs; stand and walk for extended periods; climb ladders and stairs
Work at heights and in confined spaces
Work outdoors in all Minnesota weather conditions
Wear required PPE, including respiratory protection (must be able to pass a medical evaluation and respirator fit test)
Minimum Education Required
No minimum education requirement. High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Minimum Experience Required
No prior industry experience required. We provide paid on-the-job training of the specialized equipment.
Required:
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen
Willingness to travel to customer job sites
Preferred but not required:
Class A or Class B CDL
Background in construction, agriculture, manufacturing, trucking, maintenance, or military service
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
