Full job description
Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned candidate with Epic HB Resolute Admin build experience. You will be coordinating delivery across multiple teams, ongoing optimization, maintenance and performance improvements to the system. For new clients, the role helps assign build waves, track tasks, and collaborate with Epic and client stakeholders and will potentially travel to go live sites. Some side projects can include: solutioning and testing integration work, including developing inbound interfaces and supporting future implementations. Additionally, the role partners with teams using the internal platform, helping bridge gaps for teams with limited Epic knowledge.
Need to be ok with 25% travel (up to once a month)- can be less depending on client they are assigned

Skills and Requirements
-Need an HB Resolute Admin Certification
- 1 year of experience working on HB claims and remittance build tickets
-2-3 years of experience doing technical build in HB admin modules for net new clients or through optimization work - HB Resolute Claims and Remittance Certification
