Assembler - Training Provided

We are looking for dependable people who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and willing to learn. You do not need extensive manufacturing experience to succeed in this role.

Hands-on training provided in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and optical components

  • Follow detailed work instructions and established processes

  • Use small parts, hand tools, and computer-based documentation systems

  • Inspect your work for accuracy and quality

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, or electrical experience is helpful, but not required.

Location: Rochester, NY

Hours: 6am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri) - Work 10 hr shifts all summer and get 3 days off a week!

Duration:One-year contract with the potential for direct hire.

Pay: $19-22/hr, depending on prior skills and experience
