Salary Range: $17.00 To $19.00 Hourly

Full-Time: 31 E Main Street, Rochester
SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTION:
Performs complex administrative tasks and provides administrative support to clinicians, providers and/or managers while delivering exceptional customer service to the individuals we serve.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Knowledge and demonstration of agency core values in day-to-day activities

Ensure the criteria for a high performing team member and the values that support trust, interdependencies and teamwork are role modeled and consistently evidenced in the work environment

Maintain a neat, organized workspace consistently

May require travel between sites to provide coverage for other support staff
-
Greeting and checking clients in upon arrival for their appointment
-
Processes intakes, scheduling, auditing, uploading documents into client health record, processing of patient letters and filing
-
Answering and directing calls to the appropriate person
-
Daily insurance verification of 3rd party payers, Medicaid and completion of financial reviews
-
Collection, reconciliation and posting of all client payments
-
Sends/receives incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
-
Responding to high volume of email requests in timely manner

Attend meetings onsite and offsite as assigned
-
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
-
Strong ability to navigate computer programs, including Microsoft Office, internet search engines and agency’s Electronic Health Record system

Excellent customer service skills with clients and colleagues

Excellent computer skills and use of office machines

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Meticulous attention to detail; excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:

One year work experience in work related field preferable
-
Flexible availability and willing to work nights and weekends.

Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and have reliable transportation.
COMPENSATION: $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr
