Rotary Senior Living is looking to welcome a Maintenance Assistant to our property management team. If you are looking for a hands-on, active role where you can make a direct impact of the residents we serve, this opportunity may be for you!

ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY:
Rotary Senior Living is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) featuring 38-units of Independent Living (IL) duplexes surrounding the campus, a 10-unit Assisted Living (AL) with Memory Support, a Residential Care facility with 15-beds, a 46-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and a Wellness Center that includes a gym, pool and outpatient therapy.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Assistant repairs and maintains the building, grounds, and equipment and assists with facility projects. Applies knowledge of all related safety and compliance policies. Demonstrates high standards of excellence by communicating effectively, establishing rapport, and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:

General maintenance and landscape experience is beneficial and/or ability to learn and apply knowledge of procedures, techniques, and equipment.
