Mechanical Engineer- Motors

Kelly Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Engineer- Motors for a great direct hire opportunity in Duryea, PA. Join a rapidly growing organization and play a pivotal role in driving cutting-edge solutions and transformative growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop permanent magnet direct current PMDC and brushless direct current BLDC motors for various applications

• Conduct in-depth analysis and simulations to optimize motor designs

• Lead the development of prototypes and execute validation, verification, and reliability testing

• Analyze test data and implement design refinements to improve motor performance and durability

• Support continuous improvement of design procedures and protocols to increase engineering efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of motor systems

• Strong understanding of how to break down a complex motor system into its constituent parts and represent them in a structured architecture diagram

• Strong working knowledge of 3D modeling software
