Warehouse Worker

Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking flexible warehouse associates to join their team. As a Flex associate , you will be part of the Production department supporting their packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player, be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance , have good communication skills and be reliable and flexible, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Bristol, Pennsylvania

Pay: $15.00- 16.50 per hour

Shift: 1st & 2nd

• Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

• Monday to Friday 4:00pm- 12:30am

OR

• Sunday to Thursday 4:00pm- 12:30am

• Each employee will actively participate in the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program and is required to follow all safety practices and procedures. Description of Duties:

• Learn and follow Estee Lauder Environmental, Health and Safety policies as well as all OSHA rules and regulations.

• Follow good safety practices and use good safety work methods like the “seven steps to proper lifting.” For heavier cartons/objects has helper assist using “buddy lifting method.”

What’s Needed?

• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds and the Ability to stand for long period of time.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be able to speak and understand English

• Successfully pass a Background Check & drug screening

• Have reliable Transportation
