Job Summary
Prestige Care Center of Fairfield is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team of caregivers. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional culinary services. Responsibilities:

Assist the dietary team in preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents, adhering to our center's high standards of quality and presentation

Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and quality control

Clean and maintain the dietary department, including equipment and storage areas

Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, food preparation, and serving

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
