  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and insight generation

Strategic Decision Support

  • Develop executive-level briefings that clearly translate analysis into recommendations and trade-offs

  • Support strategic planning cycles, including long-range planning and growth initiatives

  • Support cross-functional stakeholders in shaping growth strategies

  • Enable leadership with fact-based perspectives on where to invest, partner, or compete

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in cross-functional project roles, business analytics, or information systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently structure complex problems, conduct analysis, and deliver clear, actionable insights.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Proven ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders and influence decisions

  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated/government markets

  • Familiarity with U.S. defense budgeting, acquisition processes, and customer landscape

  • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or automation tools

  • Experience supporting strategy development, portfolio management, or growth initiatives

  • Understanding of competitive intelligence methodologies and frameworks

Success Measures (First 12–18 Months)

  • Delivers high-impact market and competitive insights that directly influence priority decisions
