Job Duties
Prepare monthly management reporting and analyses which may include revenue and expense allocations, stepdown allocations, pay formula, bookings reports, operational metrics, and other projects as determined by the Director of Finance.
Prepare routine and special analyses, at the direction of the Director of Finance, to analyze key financial data pertaining to revenues, expenses, visits, labs, and other metrics
Prepare the annual revenue budget and stepdown, and assist, as requested, with the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets
Work closely with and provide information to the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance to ensure financials are completed on a timely and accurate basis. Update and maintain departments and accounts for Microsoft Dyanamics and FRx reports daily.
Prepare profitability and other analyses for mid-levels, employee physicians, and other non-Shareholder providers.
Develop new reporting and analytical tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of monitoring performance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Participate in practice improvements by implementing changes to procedures/workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting with the delivery of compassionate and personalized patient care.
Education and Experience:
BA degree with a business-related major.
Minimum of four years data analyst and report writing experience.
Microsoft Dynamics & FRx report writing experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of reporting and database software in addition to spreadsheet programs.
Advanced working knowledge of accounting functions and processes.
Able to think through complex problems or processes with minimal assistance.
Detail oriented with organizational skills.
Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Patient centered, strong customer service orientation.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines and troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Ability to work independently, exhibit mature judgment and make sound decisions.
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion.
Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
