Quantity Surveyor What You Will Do As a Quantity Surveyor at Johnson Controls, you will take ownership of the commercial delivery of projects from contract award through to final account, playing a pivotal role in driving profitability and protecting the business from risk. Working closely with Sales and Projects teams, you will provide expert commercial and contractual guidance across a diverse portfolio of projects. Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will have accountability for key projects within your region, making a direct impact on business performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.   • Drive continuous improvement and best practice across commercial processes What We Are Looking For Required:
  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up
  • Proven track record working on projects ranging from £50k to £10m
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to manage risk effectively
  • Experience within Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) environments
  • Ability to lead and manage complex commercial projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly
  • Strong problem-solving capability and ability to make independent decisions Preferred:
  • Experience across disciplines such as HVAC&R, Security, Fire Detection/Suppression, or BMS/Controls
