The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, schedule execution, safety, quality, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Requirements

Associate's degree in a related field
10+ years of construction experience
5+ years of supervisory experience
Experience supporting federal construction projects
Healthcare construction experience required
Experience managing renovations in occupied or active facilities
Strong understanding of schedules, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project delivery
Ability to pass the USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors course

ASHE Healthcare Construction Certification (HCC) - ability to obtain • USACE project experience

Experience managing medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility projects
Experience with renovation and MEP-intensive construction projects
Experience on projects valued at $10M+
