Job Title: Administrative ClerkJob Description
Join a dynamic team as an Administrative Clerk where you will play a key role in supporting our operations. This position involves assisting in handling the company's processes with precision and efficiency. If you are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities

Track and follow up on certificates of insurance for every vendor.

Contact vendors to obtain updated certificates.

Provide administrative support and manage data entry tasks.

Conduct research compliance activities.

Utilize Microsoft Suite for various tasks and administrative assistance.
Essential Skills

Basic computer skills.

High attention to detail.

Good communication skills.

Experience with COI (Certificates of Insurance).

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Excel.

Vendor management experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in clerical and administrative tasks.

Comfortable being trained in a database where current certificates are managed.
Work Environment
This is a fully onsite position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The role is based at the company headquarters and offers potential for full-time employment. The work environment is professional, requiring business casual attire.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Collierville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
