Job Duties
Start Date: 06/15/2026
End Date: 11/10/2026
Work hours: 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Job Duties:
Plant, weed, hand pick, clean produce/flowers. Wash, sort place produce in containers. Load on truck, and transport to warehouse/market. Clean work areas and store materials. Operate tractor to cultivate fields. General maintenance of farm buildings/facilities/grounds. Non smoking/tobacco/drug environment. Clean and water (market is solely for produce grown by the employer.) Crops: corn, tomatoes, beans, peppers, carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, squash, pumpkins, zucchini, berries, radish & other related Farmworker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org).
Possible weekend/holiday work.
Minimum Education Required
None. No High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Experience Required
Must be 18 years of age.
Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
Worker must be able to obtain a valid US Driver's License within 2 weeks of reporting to work and possess/maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Minimum of 2 months experience required.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone.
Job will require exposure to extreme temperatures.
Extensive pushing and pulling is required.
Extensive walking or sitting is required.
Frequent stooping or bending over is required.
Repetitive movements are required.
Static strength: exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 50lbs; may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area.

Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer.
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

Job Benefits
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts (Updated 03/24/2025). Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
