Job Duties
The Personal Care Therapist (PCT) assists consumers with daily routines, implements individual program plans, and performs duties to promote the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
Job Duties:

Implement service and behavioral support plans

Promote consumer health, safety & independence

Monitor health and administer medications

Prepare healthy, nutritious meals

Maintain clean, safe living environment

Provide transportation to appointments

Support positive behaviors

Complete documentation and attend trainings

Work collaboratively with the team
